Job Details:

• Chief Internal Auditor (CIA): Requires a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP / ICMA / ACCA / ICAEW). Additional qualifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) are advantageous. A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant audit function, with at least 3 years in a public or private sector organization, is mandatory. Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors is preferred. Age limit is not more than 55 years.
• Manager Research & Development: Requires a Master's degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Planning, Health Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Sociology, or Data Sciences/Statistics from an HEC/PMDC recognized institute. A PhD or additional certifications in research methodologies or project management is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and executing research initiatives for public or private sector health programs, preferably in a leadership role, is essential. Experience in specialized health programs like health insurance or child heart care is highly desirable. Age limit is not more than 55 years.
