Skills
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure planning & construction management (for Team Lead)
- Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in relevant engineering discipline (for Engineers)
- Experience in monitoring & implementation oversight of TPV or public sector projects
- Ability to evaluate PC-1 documents, BOQ, specifications, and contract docs
- Proficiency in field methodology and workplan for data collection and reporting
- Ability to identify discrepancies, cost overruns, delays, and technical deviations
- Capability to recommend corrective actions with sound technical justifications
- Experience in TPV technical scrutiny and sectoral scrutiny of selected PSDP schemes
- Comprehensive methodology and workplan incorporating relevant details
- Ability to validate quality, quantity, compliance & structural integrity
- Skill in assisting desk reviews, site inspections & technical reporting
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Third Party Validation (TPV) of ongoing and completed PSDP projects
- Evaluate PC-1 documents, BOQ, specifications, and contract documents for soundness and regulatory compliance
- Chalk out and implement field methodology and workplan for data collection and reporting
- Identify discrepancies, cost overruns, delays, and technical deviations
- Recommend corrective actions with sound technical justifications
- Strengthen CMIT technical oversight for TPV
- Perform sectoral scrutiny of selected PSDP schemes
- Furnish comprehensive methodology and workplan incorporating relevant details
- Validate quality, quantity, compliance & structural integrity
- Assist in desk reviews, site inspections & technical reporting
