Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct X-ray examinations as per physician instructions
• Liaise with the site supervisor and on-site field team to ensure a smooth workflow and maximize patient care throughout the process
• Ensure proper handling and use of x-ray and other related equipment’s, and related software
• Explain the procedure to patients and answer any questions to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the equipment's technical capabilities and limitations
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, local regulations, and best practices in radiologic safety
• Conduct daily checks of fixed X-ray equipment to ensure functionality and safety
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly and collaborate with the biomedical engineering team for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures, including patient information, images taken, and radiation exposure details
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and comfort during imaging procedures
