Utilize different community engagement approaches and participatory rural appraisal (PRA) tools to develop and maintain strong relationships with communities in their designated areas
Identify stakeholders and facilitators in the communities, conduct regular meetings with them and maintain positive working relationships with them
Document all the data coming from the field, both qualitative and quantitative, including the stories coming from the community
Report progress and weekly updates to the program coordinator
Identify and register target populations
Raise awareness among families and caregivers about the importance of routine immunization and vaccination schedules
Mobilize community members to attend outreach and fixed immunization sessions
Support vaccinators during outreach sessions, including crowd management and line listing
Maintain accurate household and immunization records
Follow up with defaulting families to ensure completion of vaccination doses
Assist in maintaining cold chain equipment during sessions if required
Report any adverse events following immunization (AEFI) to the supervisor immediately
Perform any other task as assigned by the Supervisor
