- Key Responsibilities: Engage communities, raise awareness about immunization, support vaccination sessions, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Required Qualifications: Intermediate with LHV/LHW/Dispenser/midwife.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage communities in the program’s catchment area
- Utilize different community engagement approaches and participatory rural appraisal (PRA) tools to develop and maintain strong relationships with communities in their designated areas
- Identify stakeholders and facilitators in the communities, conduct regular meetings with them and maintain positive working relationships with them
- Document all the data coming from the field, both qualitative and quantitative, including the stories coming from the community
- Report progress and weekly updates to the program coordinator
- Identify and register target populations
- Raise awareness among families and caregivers about the importance of routine immunization and vaccination schedules
- Mobilize community members to attend outreach and fixed immunization sessions
- Support vaccinators during outreach sessions, including crowd management and line listing
- Maintain accurate household and immunization records
- Follow up with defaulting families to ensure completion of vaccination doses
- Assist in maintaining cold chain equipment during sessions if required
- Report any adverse events following immunization (AEFI) to the supervisor immediately
- Perform any other task as assigned by the Supervisor
