• Demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate record-keeping, conduct real-time surveys, and collect community feedback
• Identify, document, and submit one success story or champion family case per month
• Collect real-time data and share monthly analysis, including people reached, feedback trends, and visual reports in the form of infographics, with the supervisor
• Ensure own residency within the assigned Union Council and demonstrate understanding of local community dynamics
• Undertake all necessary travel within the Union Council for field activities, including household visits, community meetings, and coordination tasks
