• • Develop and implement unified design and standards policy across all Distribution Companies (DISCOs)
• • Automate the end-to-end process of Material Inspection
• • Provide technical input for integrating DERs into the distribution grid
• • Conduct assessments of AMI, SCADA, EMS, and APMS
• • Contribute to the development of policy and regulatory frameworks for energy efficiency and DSM implementation
• • Advise on cybersecurity and data governance for digital infrastructure
• • Design and deliver training programs to enhance capacity of PPMC staff and DISCOs
• • Prepare technical reports, policy drafts, and operational guidelines
• • Coordinate with planners, utilities, and regulators for infrastructure decisions
• • Develop and periodically update policy, planning & regulatory frameworks for the electricity value chain
• • Align national electricity policies, strategic plans, and regulatory frameworks with international standards
• • Assess electricity market reforms, focusing on competitive market design/products and tariff rationalization
• • Review and assess regulatory proceedings and policy objectives
• • Provide support in the review of agreements, policy/legal instruments, and petitions
