• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Health Management, IT, or related fields (Master's preferred for Associate Director).
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience for Associate Director, with 5 years in a senior administrative role.
• Masters in social sciences, health sciences, or numerical sciences with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in QA for Quality Assurance Officer.
• Masters/BS in health-related subjects with experience/internship in QA for Quality Assurance Assistant.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Project Management with 2-4 years of relevant project experience for Junior Project Manager.
• Experience in leading HMIS implementation teams and managing projects for Senior Project Manager.

Skills

• Familiarity with HR, Operations and finances related activities
• Good knowledge of ISO, HCC and JCI standards
• Lead Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) implementation teams
• Develop plans, mobilise implementation team, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Act as primary focal person with MTI management and health facilities for deployment coordination
