Exciting Opportunity for a Data Analyst

Indus Hospital & Health Network, a major private employer, is searching for a skilled Data Analyst (Quantitative & Qualitative) to become a part of their Community Health Directorate in Badin. This role offers an immersive experience where the selected individual can use qualitative and quantitative research skills for program evaluations. Skills

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and programme evaluations
• Reviewing and cleaning study data
• Transcribing FGDs and KIIs, and develop coding framework including identification of main codes/sub codes
• Performing thematic analysis
• Triangulating qualitative findings with quantitative household survey findings
• Preparing summaries and key findings for baseline report
• Ensuring data quality for HH survey and facility assessment
• Leading data analysis of household survey, FGD, KII, and healthcare facilities data

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with the Team Lead and field teams
• Ensure effective integration of qualitative and quantitative findings
