  • Exercise day-to-day control of ERP project management and resources
  • Interact comfortably across various departments and with the ERP Management Team

  • Develop an effective planning process and create an integrated project schedule
  • Execute plans and update them to fit changing circumstances
  • Implement and lead an effective project change management process
  • Create and maintain a monthly financial management process
  • Accurately forecast expenditures in alignment with the project budget
  • Support the budgeting process throughout the project lifecycle
  • Follow company's financial processes and policies
  • Direct the development and maintenance of plans to identify and contain risks
  • Make timely, effective decisions at the project level

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, planning, and implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Oversee daily project management, resource allocation, and ensure project success
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all organizational departments
  • Develop and maintain an integrated project schedule, adapting to changing circumstances
  • Manage project changes proactively, including impact analysis and approvals
  • Implement and manage a monthly financial process, forecasting expenditures and justifying variances
  • Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution
  • Make timely and effective decisions, communicating them clearly throughout the project structure
  • Motivate and guide project teams to achieve goals and take accountability
  • Evaluate and propose enhancements to ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs
  • Lead the integration of new processes and ensure seamless ERP system integration with HMIS
  • Ensure the security of all Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Participate in management meetings and undertake special assignments as required
