Skills

• Fully qualified solicitor with LLB / LLM holding a practicing license for Pakistan
• Minimum 5-years of relevant experience of practicing law in district courts / high courts or relevant experience in a responsible position under the Government or an organization of repute in public sector
• A second class or grade-C Bachelors (Hons.) / Master's degree in IT / Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering or related field from HEC recognized university / institution
• Minimum 5-years' experience in the relevant field in a responsible position under the Government or a reputable organization in public sector
• CA Finalist, ICMA, ACCA, or Master's degree or equivalent in Finance / Accounting, Commerce or related field from HEC recognized university / institution
• Minimum 5-years' experience in the relevant field in a responsible position under the Government or a reputable organization in public sector
• Experience is not required in case of CA
• Minimum 2-years' experience of IT / software development in a reputable organization
• Minimum 2-years' experience in the relevant field in a reputable organization
• Experience is not required in case of CA

• Manage legal affairs and provide expert advice

• Handle financial planning, accounting, and auditing functions
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies
