Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control campus-level people management functions
- Support the Head of HR in developing and executing HR strategy and annual plans
- Lead and manage the campus HR team, ensuring qualification and capability
- Train, guide, and supervise HR team members, delegating tasks and monitoring performance
- Contribute to workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure effective onboarding and retention strategies
- Plan and manage the recruitment process for all roles
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs
- Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and exit management
- Lead learning and development activities and oversee training delivery
- Conduct training needs assessment and oversee execution of the annual training plan
- Administer payroll, benefits, and allowances in collaboration with finance
- Ensure equitable salary structures and market competitiveness
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
- Support line managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance
- Plan and implement employee engagement and recognition programs
