• Chartered Accountant from ICAP (Pak)
• Expertise in public finance management
• Proficiency in risk management
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.)
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification comprehensive work experience
• Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, Director Finance, Head of Accounts & Finance, or equivalent)
• Expertise in Accounts, Finance, Corporate Laws, Audit, Taxation, Financial Planning
• Proficient in handling financial affairs autonomously
• Expertise in development and implementation of accounting and internal control systems
• Experience with large-scale housing authorities or real estate development organizations
• Experience with semi-government or government-linked organizations
• Experience with large private-sector corporations with complex financial operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial operations of DHA Gujranwala
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Manage financial risks and advise on investment strategies
• Handle financial affairs of the entity autonomously
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting and internal control systems
• Work with large-scale housing authorities or real estate development organizations
• Collaborate with semi-government or government-linked organizations
• Engage with large private-sector corporations on financial matters
