Exciting Career Opportunity: Director Technical and Deputy Director Technical

NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is currently hiring for the roles of Director Technical and Deputy Director Technical in Islamabad. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to the rapidly evolving landscape of digital identity and Fintech solutions. These are contract-based positions with an initial term of 3 years that may be extendable.

• The Director Technical will provide strategic and technical leadership, focusing on digital identity, digital on-boarding, and Fintech solutions. This role requires experience in software engineering, with the emphasis on experience of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• The Deputy Director Technical will be responsible for hands-on design, configuration, integration, and execution of digital identity, digital on-boarding, and Fintech technology solutions. Experience of 7 years post-qualification is required.

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to design, develop, and scale next-generation identity, digital on-boarding, and Fintech solutions
• Strengthening and expanding the organization's existing technology portfolio
• Lead new product and solution development in digital identity, Fintech, digital on-boarding, and API-driven ecosystems
• Oversee the technology life-cycle of existing platforms, ensuring scalability, security, interoperability, and performance
• Drive technology modernization, cloud adoption, and architectural evolution in line with global best practices
