Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the IHHN district office and district-level team
• Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on technical and operational aspects
• Provide regular feedback on project activities to PMU Islamabad
• Coordinate with district health authorities to organize capacity building training, workshops, and meetings for public and private health facilities staff on various Grant interventions
• Monitor all records of logistic supplies
• Regularly organize coordination meetings at district levels, share meeting minutes with the Program Manager, and act on action points
• Collaborate with PMU teams to conduct need assessments and surveys
• Participate in training arranged by PMU Islamabad
• Strictly follow monthly and quarterly program implementation plans
• Prepare monthly reports as per program needs
• Provide data in an orderly manner for quarterly progress updates at PMU Islamabad
• Carry out any other program-related task assigned by the Supervisor
