Skills

• Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience

• Demonstrated experience managing overseas operations or international assets (preferably in North America and/or Europe)
• Proven track record in strategic restructuring, asset optimization, financial turnaround, and stakeholder alignment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic oversight
• Oversee executive management of the Company's domestic and international investment portfolio
• Safeguard and enhance the value of state-owned assets, particularly international hospitality and commercial investments
• Ensure compliance with Government of Pakistan policies, public sector governance standards, and international regulatory requirements
• Operate as an experienced public-sector-oriented corporate leader with substantial exposure to government stakeholders and the ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions through regular domestic and international travel
