Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to boost employer brand awareness
• Design and produce high-quality static graphics, infographics, and illustrations
• Assist in the creation of motion graphics and animated content
• Produce marketing collateral adhering to brand guidelines
• Manage design projects from concept to completion
• Develop visually engaging materials for internal events and employee newsletters
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) campaigns through design
