Key Positions Available:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Minimum age 50, maximum age 60. Requires a Master's degree or higher from a recognized university with at least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including at least five years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, the corporate sector, or the non-profit domain. Must demonstrate strong institutional leadership, strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large and complex organizations, particularly those engaged in education, research, or public service, will be considered a distinct advantage.
  • Trust Secretary: Minimum age 35. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, OR a Law graduate. Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.), OR a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSА). Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably similar trust/company/registered entities, and compliance with fit and proper criteria as provided in the Trust Deed.
