Understand and work to the way Haleon delivers to the HCP’s and KEE’s
Execute territory plan using segmentation and targeting principles
Report daily into the CRM system and monitor results in terms of sell out
Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendation of Haleon-brands
Deliver new product development launch campaigns
Engage and manage KEEs and HCP associations / scientific societies
Support and attend local, national conferences
Organize and manage Dental School to train and engage future Dental HCPs
Guarantee compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer facing roles
Share best practice and facilitation of knowledge and experience to peers
