• Environmental Safeguards Specialist: Requires a Master's degree in relevant fields with a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience in environmental management and safeguards.
• Social Safeguards Specialist: Requires a Master's degree (or sixteen years of education) in Sociology, Anthropology, Rural Development, or Social Policy, with a minimum of seven years of experience in social safeguards for large-scale development projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultancy services in environmental safeguards
• Ensure compliance with World Bank/ADB/IsDB, Government, or other donor-funded projects operational policies
• Conduct monitoring and quality assurance of environmental safeguard instruments
• Provide expert consultancy services in social safeguards
• Ensure compliance with Social Safeguard Policies and other related standards
• Conduct monitoring and quality assurance of social safeguard instruments
