Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: At least a second-class Bachelor's degree / Associate Degree (14 years of Education) from HEC recognized institution in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or Management Science. Candidates having a degree/certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from a recognized institution shall be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in customer service / public dealing role, preferably in aviation, Autonomous or recognized Private Sector Organization. OR Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience of working in Immigration or Facilitation service at Airport or Border. OR Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of working with a registered Welfare Organization, dealing with overseas community. OR Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of handling complaints, documentation and liaison with Public Sector / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous or recognized Private Sector organization.
