- Assistant (BS-15): Requires graduation from an HEC recognized university and 6 weeks of Basic IT Training.
- Sub-Inspector (BS-14): Requires 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Stenotypist (BS-14): Requires Intermediate, minimum typing speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing, and computer literacy.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BS-13): Requires Intermediate and 3 weeks of Basic IT Training.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (BS-11): Requires Matriculation 2nd Class, minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m., and 3 weeks of Basic IT Training.
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (BS-09): Requires 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Constable (BS-05): Requires Matriculation 2nd Class from a recognized Board.
- Constable Driver (BS-05): Requires Matriculation 2nd Class, valid Motorcycle & LTV license, and knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of PKR 2000/- per application, per post, is required. This fee can be paid via Bank/ATM/Internet Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/UPaisa using the 24 digits PSID generated from the online application portal.
- Multiple Applications: Applicants wishing to apply for more than one post must submit a separate application and pay the fee for each position individually.
- Submission Method: All applications must be submitted online through the aforementioned portal. Hand-delivered, courier, or any other channel applications will not be entertained.
- Required Documents: No physical documents, photos, or forms are required at the initial application stage. Candidates will be informed about further stages via the application portal, SMS, or email.
- Physical and Endurance Tests: Eligible candidates for Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver positions will be required to undergo Physical Measurements and Endurance Tests. These include a 1.6 km run within 7 minutes for male candidates and 10 minutes for female candidates. Successful candidates will proceed to the Written Examination.
- General Eligibility: Applicants must possess the requisite educational qualifications and experience as specified for each post and be within the age limits mentioned in the table.
- Government Servants: Candidates already employed in government service must apply through their respective departments and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the interview.
- Document Verification: Applicants must present original documents, including attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC recognized Boards/Universities, CNIC, and Domicile Certificate, at the time of the interview. Any misrepresentation or falsification will lead to disqualification and legal action.
- Test Stages: A candidate failing any test stage (e.g., written, physical, IT) will not be qualified for subsequent stages.
- Medical Examination: Upon final selection, candidates will undergo a comprehensive medical examination conducted by a Government Civil Surgeon. Medically unfit candidates will be disqualified.
- IT Training: Successful candidates for Assistant (BS-15), UDC (BS-13), and LDC (BS-11) posts must complete a mandatory 3-week IT Training course conducted by the National Information Technology Board (NITB) before the completion of their probation period.
- Recruitment Process: The FIA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or increase/decrease the number of posts at any stage without providing any reason.
