- Assistant (BS-15): Graduate from an HEC recognized university; must complete 6 weeks Basic IT Training Course.
- Sub-Inspector (BS-14): 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Stenotypist (BS-14): Intermediate; minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m in typing; computer literate.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BS-13): Intermediate; must complete 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (BS-11): Matriculation; minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m; must complete 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course.
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (BS-09): 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Constable (BS-05): Matriculation; 2nd Class from a recognized Board.
- Constable Driver (BS-05): Matriculation; 2nd Class from a recognized Board; Valid Motorcycle & LTV license; capable of driving cars & light vehicles; knowledge of maintenance.
- Staff Car Driver (BS-04): Primary; Valid Motor Car License from any licensing authority in Pakistan; well versed in traffic rules.

How to apply
- 💼 Aspiring candidates are invited to submit their applications via the official recruitment portal on the website of the National Police Foundation (NPF) – Testing and Assessment Service: www.npftas.pk.
- ⏳ The deadline for submission of applications is 4th May, 2026.
- 💳 A fee of Rs. 2000/- per application, per post applied for, is required for processing. This fee can be paid through 1Link-1Bill service via any Bank, ATM, Internet Banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or UPaisa, using the 24 digits PSID generated from the online application portal. The fee shall be non-refundable.
- 📝 Applicants applying for more than one post must have to apply for each post separately, and the processing fee for each post must be paid separately as well.
- 🚫 No applications submitted by hand, through courier, or any other channel other than the aforementioned online portal shall be entertained.
- 🔎 Moreover, no documents/photos/forms are required to be submitted in the hard form until the interview stage.
- 📢 Candidates shall be informed about updates through the application portal, SMS, or e-mail.
- 📌 For posts of Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver, eligible applicants will be required to undergo Physical Measurements of height and chest, and an Endurance Test.
- ✅ Candidates found medically unfit shall be disqualified from the recruitment process.
- ⚠️ No TA/DA will be admissible for Physical and Endurance Tests / Written Exam (CBT) / Skill Tests / Interview.
- 👉 Applicants already in government service should apply through the proper channel and produce an NOC from their department at the time of interview.
- 🎓 Applicants shall present their original documents along with attested copies of degree/certificates issued by HEC/recognized Board/Universities/Institutes, as well as CNIC and Domicile Certificate, at the time of interview.
