Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement educational and promotional campaigns for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology) targeting selected customers
• Translate brand and category strategies towards Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key External Experts (KEEs)
• Execute territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles, reporting daily into the CRM system
• Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendations of Haleon brands
• Execute new product development launch campaigns through face-to-face calls and workshops
• Engage and manage KEEs, and HCP associations/scientific societies
• Support and attend local/national conferences, delivering educational interventions
• Organize and manage Dental Schools to train and engage future Dental HCPs
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles
• Share best practices and knowledge with peers
