Skills

• • At least 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finances, especially financial management of health-related projects
• • Working knowledge of the public sector accounting, PFM cycle, regulatory mechanism, financial modeling, and grievance redressal
• • Experience of financial reporting based on international Public Sector Accounting Standards
• • At least 8 years of verifiable experience in Monitoring and Evaluation for development projects
• • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in civil society and grass root level government health department

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Managing financial operations for the project
• • Overseeing project budget and financial reporting
• • Conducting monitoring and evaluation activities for project progress
• • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• • Coordinating with various government departments and stakeholders
