Skills

• Professional Qualification (FCA, CA, CFA, FRM)
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Financial Sector (Debt Management, Risk Management, Tax Reforms, Pension Liabilities)
• Experience in Financial Advisory within Government Departments
• Experience with international financial institutions
• Complete command over speaking and writing skills in English
• Complete command over speaking and writing skills in Urdu Language

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to PSIC Board on all financial matters
• Develop strategy for management of pension liabilities
• Vetting of financial aspects of Contracts, Agreements, and policies as and when required by the Corporation
• Assist in implementation of financial reforms and restructuring
• Advise on management of outstanding loans and liabilities
• Develop strategies for optimal utilization of PSIC Funds
• Advise on strengthening of financial governance, Internal audit and compliance of IFRS
• Identify financial risk and recommend mitigation measures
• Provide input on asset management, MIS Development and financial system improvements
• Provide advisory on all financial matters of Department
