Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution and implementation according to scope, cost, and time
• Ensure adherence to GFRs, Procurement Rules, and Contract Management Rules
• Monitor inputs, processes, and outputs to control time and cost overruns
• Establish and follow proper procedures for reviewing and responding to progress reports
• Identify risks based on ground realities and formulate mitigation plans
• Prepare and submit reports in the prescribed format
• Work harmoniously with project stakeholders, including external partners
• Develop and use indicators to focus on results and implementation progress
• Establish and maintain custody of all project documents and prepare completion reports
