  • Establish and follow proper procedures for reviewing and responding to progress reports
  • Identify risks based on ground realities and formulate mitigation plans
  • Prepare and submit reports in the prescribed format
  • Work harmoniously with project stakeholders, including external partners
  • Develop and use indicators to focus on results and implementation progress
  • Establish and maintain custody of all project documents and prepare completion reports
