Key Positions and Requirements:

• Director Project Development: Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water and Sanitation Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent. 12 years of experience in managing mega projects, water/sanitation, and infrastructure.
• Director Reforms: Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Finance/Administration, or equivalent. 12 years of experience in institutional development, capacity building, and reforms of local government.
• Landscape Architect: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscaping Designing, Urban Architecture, or Design. A Master's degree is preferred. 10 years of experience in urban design, sustainable architectural design, and landscape/site planning.
• Infrastructure Engineer Solid Waste Management (SWM): Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, Public Health Engineering, or equivalent. A Master's degree is preferred. 10 years of experience in solid waste management planning and design.
• Sub Port Staff (Driver): Preferably Middle pass with a valid driving license. 03 years of experience.
• Support Staff (Office Boy): Preferably Middle pass. 02 years of relevant experience.
• Support Staff (Security Guard): Preferably Middle pass. 02 years of relevant experience.
• Support Staff (Cleaners): Preferably Middle pass. 02 years of relevant experience.
• Community Liaison Specialist: Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Project Management, Urban Planning, or Governance. 10 years of experience in community engagement and mobilizing stakeholders.
• Gender Coordinator / Officer: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent. Master's degree preferred. Preferably 5 years in the field of Gender Mainstreaming.
• Accounts Assistant: Accountant ACMA/ACCA/Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent. 03 years of experience in finance and accountancy.
• Computer Operator / Draftsman: BCS/BS in Computer Science or I.T Diploma. 03 years of relevant experience in operating computer applications.
• Sub Engineer: Diploma of Associate Civil Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering. 05 years of relevant experience.
• Social Mobilizer: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Urban Planning, or Governance sector. At least 2-3 years of experience in working in the role of program/project support in national level organizations.
