Skills

• Recognized Master's Degree in Hospital Management, Business Management, Public Health, or Public Administration
• Five (05) years of post-qualification experience in a senior management position in a major teaching hospital or institution
• Chartered Accountant with Five (05) years post qualification experience in FINANCE and/or ACCOUNTS in a major private or public company/institution
• ICMAP certification or a Master's degree in Finance or Accounts
• Eight (08) years post qualification experience in FINANCE and/or ACCOUNTS in a major private or public company/institution
• Three (03) years of relevant experience in FINANCE and/or ACCOUNTS
• Master's Degree (Sixteen years Education) in Hospital Management or Health Services Management or Business Management or other relevant Management qualification
• At least three (03) years relevant experience in reputed healthcare institutions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the hospital
• Oversee financial operations and management
• Ensure efficient administration and monitoring of hospital services
• Manage departmental operations and staff
• Contribute to the overall governance and development of the institution
