  • Manage future Job Analysis and preparation of Job Descriptions/Specifications with department supervisors
  • Preparation and follow up on timely release of Payroll in coordination with relevant department while maintaining accuracy
  • Evaluate and perform recruitment and placement related activities, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Determine workforce need and plan to facilitate the required role
  • Proactively follow up on vacant positions, new positions, allocation so as to avoid under-hiring/grant savings
  • Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented timely
  • Ensure the maintenance of staff monthly attendance records as per SOPs, leave records, EOBI management of staff
  • Closely coordinate with teams at Islamabad/Karachi office on all HR related matters
  • Management of staff benefits structure in accordance to the grant budget and related support in budget working
  • Preparation of files/documents for any internal/external audit
  • Perform any other work-related task assigned by Supervisor
