Duties and Responsibilities:

• Begeleiden van flexkrachten tijdens en vanaf de onboarding en contact onderhouden
• Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met bestaande én nieuwe opdrachtgevers
• Verwerken van administratie, denk aan contracten, urenverwerking en verloning
• Opvolgen en monitoren van plaatsingen bij opdrachtgevers en tevredenheid bewaken
• Registreren van ziekte- en verzuimmeldingen en ondersteunen bij de verzuimbegeleiding
