Skills

• System and user administration for on-premise & cloud solutions
• Install and maintain computer equipment, network (client & server) software, and hardware
• Network optimization and operations of assigned network elements
• Familiarity with Linux and Window environment
• Technical understanding of network elements including firewalls, IDS/IPS, Switches and Communication media
• Knowledge of IP Subnetting, CIDR, NMS Monitoring and Reporting etc
• Provide 24/7 technical support
• Network related Certifications is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner
• Perform system backups, updates, and vulnerability scans regularly
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand IT needs and deliver appropriate solutions
• Maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and procedures
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IT security, tools, and best practices
