- Age Relaxation: As per the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, age will be calculated from the closing date of application submission, i.e., 30-11-2021. An additional 05 years of age relaxation is applicable for candidates who applied after the promulgation of above Rules and age shall be calculated with effect from 12-05-2025 as provided in Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department bearing No. SO-II (S&GAD) 5-64/2011 (Part II) dated: 2nd December, 2025.
- Quota Reservation: The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law/Rules/Policy of Government of Sindh.
- Government Employees: Those already in Government Service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Department prior to submission of application and bring an original copy of the NOC at the time of Interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Appointment Policy: The appointment shall be made as per the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and under provisions of Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its rules as amended from time to time.
- Interview Requirements: Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for the interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
- TA/DA: No TA & DA will be admissible for the interview.
