  • Support joint activities like group counselling sessions, awareness campaigns, and referrals from Community Welfare Committees (CWCs)
  • Educate women during routine check-ups on Nutrition (especially mother and child), Breastfeeding and new-born care, Menstrual hygiene and safe practices
  • Support in the distribution and tracking of Clean Delivery Kits, New born Baby Kits & ANC/PNC/PAC supplies and equipment
  • Maintain close collaboration with Community Mobilizers for referrals
  • Ensure timely, confidential, and respectful referrals to Women-Friendly Spaces (WFS) and other support services (GBV, legal aid, psychosocial care)
  • Maintain accurate client records, ensure data entry in patient registers
  • Contribute to service utilization reports, client satisfaction surveys, and data quality audits
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor
