  • Query Resolution: All queries and complaints must be resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Issues arising due to logistics or security reasons after the deadline will not be addressed.
  • Personal Information Accuracy: Carefully verify your personal details, including name, CNIC number, and cell number, before submitting your application. Any discrepancies between your CNIC and application data may lead to disqualification.
  • CNIC Usage: Candidates are strictly prohibited from using the CNIC of their parents, siblings, relatives, or any other individual for registration or test participation.
  • Fee Submission: The test fee can be submitted through the 1Link/1Bill Invoice payment services. After depositing the fee, click on 'Verify Online Payment' on the ETC Dashboard.
  • Fee Non-Refundable: Please note that the test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Roll Number Slip: Applicants can download their Roll Number Slips from http://etc.hec.gov.pk and via their registered email address approximately one week before the test date.
  • Communication: Email and SMS will be sent to registered applicants regarding the issuance of Roll Number Slips. Ensure you provide a valid email address and mobile number that can receive messages, including those from converted networks.
  • Test Day Requirements: A printout of your Roll Number Slip and your Original CNIC/Passport will be required to enter the Test Centre on the Test Day. Explore these immediate vacancies with competitive benefits. Candidates without a CNIC must bring their original B Form along with their original SSC/HSSC certificate.
  • Test Centres: The test will be conducted in major cities across Pakistan. Applicants can select their preferred Test Centre from the available list during registration. However, ETC reserves the right to assign an alternative test centre if a minimum of 250 applicants are not available for a selected centre.
  • Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, electronic devices (calculators, recording devices, communication devices), and any form of imaging electronic devices are strictly NOT ALLOWED inside the test center. Taking, uploading, or sharing images of the question book is a serious offense punishable by law as per ETC rules.
