  • Step 5: Select Test Centre 📍 Applicants can choose a Test Centre from the available list during the application. Note that the Test Centre cannot be changed after selection, and ETC reserves the right to assign another Test Centre if the number of applicants at a chosen centre is less than 250.
  • Step 6: Submit Application 🎯 Ensure your application is submitted successfully. Applications left in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be considered.
  • Step 7: Resolve Queries 📞 For any queries or complaints regarding registration, contact the support at least three (03) days before the deadline. Queries beyond this deadline may not be addressed due to logistical and security reasons. Visit https://etc.hec.gov.pk for further assistance.
  • Step 8: Download Roll Number Slip 📄 Roll Number Slips will be issued via email/SMS notifications. Candidates must provide a valid email address and Cell Number. Download your Roll Number Slip and original valid CNIC/Passport to enter the Test Centre on the Test Day.
