- Liaise with Shariah advisors and SECP
- Manage policyholder services and onboarding
- Oversee beneficiary enrollment and verification
- Handle contact centre operations and customer interactions
- Manage provider empanelment and contracting
- Process provider operations, deductions, and dispute resolution
- Conduct medical reviews and pre-authorizations
- Manage claims processing and settlement
- Perform medical audits and fraud detection
- Oversee medical operations and hospital coordination
