Skills

• Masters or equivalent qualification in Law
• Foreign qualification in Petroleum Laws, Policy and Contracts preferred
• Minimum 07 years of experience in legal practice
• Sound in-depth and practical knowledge of the legal framework in Pakistan's Petroleum Sector
• Expertise in LNG & LPG business and supply chain
• Experience in dealing with local and international arbitration cases
• Valid License to plead cases on behalf of the Petroleum Division in the High Courts of Pakistan

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide critical policy input
• Offer expert advice on industry issues and innovative solutions
• Advise clients on international energy transactions
• Handle LNG/LPG business and supply chain matters
• Represent clients in local and international arbitration proceedings
