• Position: Manager HR
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in HR management, including recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and policy development. Experience in new organizations or initiatives, preferably in the IT sector or technology-focused organizations, is highly desirable.
• Key Skills: HR policy formulation and implementation, workforce planning and talent acquisition, compensation and benefits structuring, employee relations and discipline, performance management framework, and training & development planning.
