• Maintain detailed knowledge of unit status, patient acuity, and staff coordination through regular contact with nursing staff.
• Plan, schedule, and organize work assignments, ensuring rational distribution of patient workload and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure overall accountability through area in-charges for requisition and maintenance of unit inventory.
