• Participate in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and improvement initiatives
• Assist in analyzing equipment performance and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure smooth plant operations
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and operational documentation
• Support implementation of safety standards and engineering best practices
• Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different engineering functions
