• Offer counseling to family members of individuals experiencing depression or anxiety, when necessary
• Undertake home visits to provide support and assessment as needed
• Organize and conduct community mobilization activities for awareness-raising sessions
• Assist with research activities, including data collection, as directed by the program
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all patient information, conversations, and referrals
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
