• Assess new patients upon arrival in the ER, monitoring vital signs, height, and weight
• Document patient data in the HMIS record for all OPD, ER, IPD, and LDR patients
• Check initial fetal heart sounds using a Fetoscope or Sonic Cade and inform the duty doctor for review
