Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Issue Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DACs) for commercial accounts
  • Ensure that disbursements are made strictly after completion and proper execution of documents
  • Conduct surprise inspection of pledged sites viz-a-viz branch records to determine irregularities
  • Coordinate and follow-up with branches for rectification of irregularities
  • Supervise credit maintenance, analysis of periodic reports and follow-up with concerned quarters
  • Ensure that insurance arrangements are valid, backed by the premium paid receipt
  • Track and follow-up for outstanding documents required before disbursement
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to Tele Collection and Field Collection teams
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance collection and recovery strategies
  • Track portfolio performance, delinquency trends, roll rates, and recovery metrics
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and fair practices code
  • Foster high standards of productivity, discipline, and ethical conduct across all collection teams
  • Set and cascade performance targets, KPIs, and incentive frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen end-to-end collection and recovery outcomes
  • Oversee settlements, write-offs, and resolution strategies in accordance with approved policies
  • Build a robust leadership pipeline through structured training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
  • Assist in scrutiny of Sanction Advice / Facility Offer Letter with reference to Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB)
  • Provide support in the preparation of standard documentation i.e
  • IBs for Corporate / Commercial / SME / Agri accounts
  • Prepare for Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC)
  • Supervise registration of charge with SECP through BLA
  • Assist in conducting in-house visits of Pledge sites and coordinate for arranging outsource inspection of pledged stocks
  • Provide support for reviewing the outsourced stock inspection and valuation reports
  • Feed details in the system in lieu of approved facilities i.e., collateral, insurance and other related details
  • Assist in preparation of CAD related MIS and its submission to controlling office
  • Provide support in monitoring allowed deferrals & its follow-up for completion of deferred formalities
  • Monitor compliance with terms and conditions and covenants as stipulated in the Sanction Advice
  • Monitor the expiry status of Insurance Policies of collaterals / stocks held by the Bank
  • Monitor expiry limits / temporary extensions
  • Monitor of Excess Over Limit (EOL) and adjustment within approved period
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
