  • Senior Relationship Manager – Home Remittance Business (OG- I)
  • Unit Head – Counterpart Support / Quality Assurance Department (OG- I)

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University/College/Institute.
  • Candidates with Master's degree or relevant professional certifications in International Remittances/Trade/ACAMS/AML/CFT will be preferred.
  • Minimum 04 years of banking or financial sector experience, with at least 01 year in Home Remittance or related areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To support the achievement of sustainable revenue streams by implementing strategies that enhance home remittance business growth
  • To analyze business and partner performance data regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies to increase remittance volumes
  • To prepare office notes, memos, and proposals related to client onboarding, pricing, and business matters for management approval
  • To manage funds, settlements, and financial coordination with remittance partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • To prepare, review, and update agreements and assignments with home remittance partners and stakeholders
  • To ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, CTF, and due-diligence requirements for all remittance partners
  • To coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, IT, and other support units on matters related to home remittances
  • To ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and proper maintenance of partner files, documentation, and records
  • To assist the Wing Head in identifying new remittance opportunities and converting leads into business achievements
  • To supervise and provide necessary assistance / guidance to the home remittance complaints handling team with ongoing issues and their assigned responsibilities
  • To liaise with the NBP's branches, regional management teams, overseas home remittance marketing representatives for timely resolution of customer complaints regarding home remittance transactions
  • To assist in timely resolution and effective management of critical complaints received from NBP's remittance business partners / Tie-ups, PRI banks and State Bank of Pakistan PRI team
  • To actively liaise with Complaint Management Wing to ensure timely and efficient resolution of all complaints related to home remittance transactions
  • To oversee the activation of on-hold and delayed transactions received from branches and beneficiaries on a day-to-day basis
  • To coordinate with NBP branches, PRI banks, remitting business partners, beneficiaries, and remitters to obtain necessary information required to ensure timely release of compliance held-up transactions
  • To maintain MIS / record of all critical home remittance Complaints
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s)
