• Department: Legal
• Key Responsibilities: Managing court visits for recovery suits, ensuring litigation process efficiency, and monitoring bank cases.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; LLB degree holders are preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as of the last date of application submission.
• Experience: Relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Locations: Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Lahore, Mardan, Multan, Muzaffarabad A.K, Quetta, Sibi, Sukkur, Swat.
• Contractual Basis: Employment is on a contractual basis for 03 years, with potential for renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visit daily from Bank to allocated Courts for escalation of recovery suits to resolve cases within prescribed timelines
• Update the system and facilitate Court compliance with respective units on a day-to-day basis
• Follow up with concerned units to speed up the litigation process
• Avoid unnecessary adjournments through follow-up with lawyers
• Monitor all Bank cases by or against Bank to safeguard the Bank's interest
• Meet assigned targets via recovery litigation
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
