• Perform rapid testing and verbal screening
• Report any patient abnormalities to the RN/Team leader immediately
• Assist in transferring patients from beds, chairs, and stretchers
• Assist with cleaning processes
• Check and report faulty medical equipment
• Transport patients safely by following body mechanics
• Maintain work operations and follow policies
• Participate in education opportunities
• Ensure that nursing practices are in line with institutional policy
• Clean and disinfect equipment as per hospital policies
• Ensure patient placement at clean linen
• Documentation as per policy in HMIS
• Maintain good working relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Measure vital signs of assigned patients
• Record vital signs
• Perform rapid testing
• Report abnormalities
• Assist patient transfers
• Assist with last offices
• Check medical equipment
• Transport patients safely
• Maintain work operations
• Update job knowledge
• Ensure nursing practices are in line with policy
• Clean and disinfect equipment
• Perform bedmaking and ensure Patient placed in clean linen
• Documentation
• Maintain good working relationships
• Be assigned to different PCP sites, if needed
• Perform any other duties as assigned
