Skills

• Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant field for Head Building & Works
• Minimum 03 years' experience in relevant field for Officer - Assets & Logistics
• Preference for candidates with experience in building construction, supervision, and project management for Head Building & Works
• Ability to handle day-to-day maintenance works including HVAC, Electrical systems etc
• For Head Building & Works
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/ International)
• Candidate must be a member of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Professional Engineer (PE) for Head Building & Works

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning & Designing of Bank's buildings
• Monitoring/supervision and construction/repair works (civil / electrical / mechanical)
• Renting out surplus spaces in Bank's owned buildings
• Hiring of Buildings on rental basis for Branch offices
• Allotment and administration of Flats in Colony
• Compliance of Audit paras / SBP observations
• Liaison with Line Departments at HO / Field
• Preparation of Budget for CAPEX / OPEX
• Assist Management for policy decisions
• Any other task assigned by the management for Head Building & Works
• Tagging Coding of Fixed Assets at HO
• Preparation of Annual Budget & Utilization
• Auction/Disposal of Dead Stock Articles
• Monitoring/Procurement/Installation/Maintenance of CCTV System, Capex Machinery and Security Equipment
• Manage procurement and access furniture & fixture requirements for Branches and HO
• Preparing Demand/File along-with Approvals by Authority for onward submission to Procurement Department i.e
• Electrical Appliances & Installations/Security Equipment/Furniture & Fixture/Capex Machinery
• Review of Bidding Documents and can be the part of Bid Evaluation Committees and liaison with Procurement Department
• Ensure compliance with security polices and audit requirements
• Any other task assigned by the management for Officer - Assets & Logistics
