Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to maintain pharmacy inventory
• Follow protocols during shift changes, under pharmacist supervision
• Maintain all records and relevant documentation
• Accurately fill patient requisitions according to prescriptions
• Ensure unit-dose medications are packed and delivered
• Monitor and update pharmacy inventory via HMIS
• Maintain adequate inventory stock and prepare requisitions
• Receive and store goods according to FEFO method
• Maintain pharmacy-related documentation
• Provide dispensed drugs to nursing stations
• Record stock of fast-moving, slow-moving, short expiry and damaged items
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for standards adherence
• Assist pharmacists with stock audits
