Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 6-12 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Primavera
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource estimation and analysis, delay analysis, and preparation of EOT claims
• Preferably advanced knowledge of AutoCAD / REVIT
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Leadership ability to guide and coordinate teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow the standard procedures defined by the Planning Manager and develop planning and scheduling templates
• Execute and monitor integration methodologies between different departments and the Planning Department
• Review and develop resource-loaded schedules for projects
• Analyze progress data and ensure proper updates of the project schedule
• Prepare periodic planning and progress reports
• Identify root causes of delays and recommend corrective actions
• Analyze delay events and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims based on contractual clauses
• Attend meetings with consultants and client representatives to ensure project requirements are achieved while protecting company interests
• Conduct internal meetings with project teams to discuss project planning requirements and progress
