• Chief Financial Officer (Equivalent to BPS-20): Requires ACA, ACMA, or ICAEW with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior financial management. Experience in public sector, ports, maritime, logistics, or infrastructure organizations is preferred.
• Chief Internal Auditor (Equivalent to BPS-20): Needs a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, along with professional certifications like ACA or ICAEW. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in auditing or compliance is essential, with a preference for public sector audit or regulatory compliance experience.
• Director (Tax) (Equivalent to BPS-20): Requires a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Law, and a professional qualification such as ACMA or Tax Practitioner/specialist. A minimum of 10 years of experience in taxation, with at least 5 years in a senior tax management role, is necessary. Experience dealing with the Federal Board of Revenue and project management experience from financial institutions will be advantageous.
• Director Special Projects (Equivalent to BPS-20): Must hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Infrastructure Development, along with ICAEW, ACA, or MBA. A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in project management is required, with a preference for experience in large infrastructure, logistics, or maritime time development projects. Additionally, government jobs are available for qualified candidates. Project management experience from financial institutions is also preferred.
• Director (Legal) BPS-20: Requires a Master Degree in Law (LLM) with 10 years of experience in Legal affairs OR an LLB with 12 years of experience in Legal affairs. Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies of corporate or public sector legal work is essential.
• Director (Human Resource) BPS-20: Needs at least a 2nd Class Master's Degree in Administrative/Social Sciences / MPA / MBA (Human Resources). A minimum of 17 years of experience in personnel administration within a Government, Semi-Government, or Large Commercial Organization of repute is required.
